Welcome to the Charleston South Carolina Chapter of InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors).
As members we are dedicated to staying informed about all issues regarding Residential Construction, Real Estate, and the Inspection Industry.
We plan to meet monthly to discuss topics of concern or of interest to our members. Guest speakers are planned in the fields of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Structural, Roofing, Mold, Foundations, new laws and legislation, and all new construction and inspection technology.
Our meetings
will be open to all people interested in the Real Estate and inspection
industry. Property Inspectors, Realtors, Contractors, and prospective
property inspectors can improve their knowledge by attending on a
regular basis.
